Booking Policy
Earning your trust is a vital part of our business. In order to understand our standard operating procedures, we ask our clients to review and familiarize themselves with our Reservation, Cancellation & Reimbursement Policies.
Once the reservation has been made, the guest agrees to abide by the internal rules of our hotel space, and to respect and act according to the regulations expressed in our Reservation, Cancellation & Reimbursement Policies.
Booking a room
When you book a room on this website, you pay the first night to hold it. The rest is paid when you arrive. If you prefer, you can pay the full stay when you book.
Booking here is 5% cheaper than booking the same room on Airbnb.
13% VAT is added to the room price. The booking page shows it before you pay.
Changing or canceling a room
You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before you arrive, and we return what you paid to the card you paid with.
Inside those 7 days what you paid is not refunded, whether it was the first night or the full stay. If you paid only the first night, nothing further is charged.
To change or cancel a booking, write to us by email or WhatsApp. A change or cancellation is only final once we have confirmed it back to you.
Groups, retreats and the whole property
Booking more than one room, or the whole property, works differently. You pay 30% to hold the dates. We agree the rest with you directly, and we send you a payment link when it is due.
For these bookings we need 30 days' notice to cancel or change without a charge.
Whole-property bookings are not discounted.
Ways to pay
On this website you pay by credit or debit card.
If you arrange your booking with us directly, you can also pay by bank deposit, bank transfer, or cash at reception. For a deposit or transfer, please email us the receipt at least 7 days before you arrive and wait for us to confirm it back to you.
Prices, offers and discounts can change without notice. A booking is only held once the deposit has been paid.
